What athletes ask before they start

The questions I hear most on consultation calls. Answered honestly.

None at all. The First Finish plan is for athletes starting from scratch — including those who've never swum in open water, don't own a road bike, or haven't run in years. I started from zero myself in April 2022 and completed Ironman Copenhagen in 2025 in 11:58:25. I know exactly where you are.
Restarters are one of my favourite athletes to coach. You have the discipline — you just need someone to hold you back from doing too much too soon, build your base properly, and keep you on the right side of the injury line. The Race Ready plan usually fits restarters best, but we'll figure that out on the consultation call.
This is the question I hear most. Most of my athletes are busy professionals or parents. I build plans around real schedules — 5:30am sessions, lunch runs, weekend long rides. We work with the time you have, not the time a training manual assumes you have.
Peak Within offers three plans: First Finish at €59.99/month, Race Ready at €79.99/month, and Peak Mode at €99.99/month. All include a personal intake call and TrainingPeaks access. No long contracts — cancel monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly depending on the plan.
Yes. Everything is online — TrainingPeaks, video calls, WhatsApp. I coach athletes across the Netherlands and across Europe. Time zones within Europe are never a barrier.
Yes. Athletes move between tiers as their goals and schedules evolve — getting married, changing jobs, targeting a bigger race. The plan moves with you. Just let me know.
Each plan has a different cancellation window: First Finish cancels monthly, Race Ready bi-weekly, Peak Mode weekly. No penalty fees. No long contracts. I'd rather you come back when you're ready than stay signed up when life doesn't allow it.
